Empower PT, PLLC is a privately owned therapy and training facility, established in 2015, and committed to providing each patient with the highest level of care to achieve their optimal movement health. The studio includes a variety of functional mobility, Pilates, physical therapy and rehabilitation equipment. We offer a private secure changing area and shower, with free parking. Empower PT is conveniently located in South Tampa, in the SOHO/Hyde Park area close to the Selmon Expressway and about five minutes from I-275. The Empower PT facility is owned and operated by Alyssa Stewart, PT, DPT. She is certified in Polestar Pilates for Rehabilitation, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), full body Active Release Technique (ART), LSVT BIG for Parkinson's Disease, and is an APTA Clinical Educator for DPT students.
