Center of Technical Culture (Centar tehničke kulture) Rijeka is a non-governmental organization that works primarily on encouraging and promoting technical and IT knowledge and skills, as well as promoting scientific, IT and cultural achievements through implementation of educational contents. The organization also develops its own capacities for implementation of programs of social inclusion and attempts to achieve sustainability by creating a specific model of social entrepreneurship.
