Portland YouthBuilders (PYB) provides life-changing opportunities to very low income youth between the ages of 17-24 who have dropped out of high school. Through an integrated program of education, vocational training, leadership development, and personalized counseling, our students acquire the tools and skills they need to become self-sufficient, contributing members of the workforce and of their communities.
