"give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime" [Chinese dictum] Me and my sister Valentina, in 2004, May, have been constitute F.G.M. engineering ltd.: it is an italian acronym which stands for "Figli di Giovanni Magozzi" (Giovanni Magozzi Sons). Our father got a PHD in chemical engineering during 1978 - my birth year - and works since that year in pollution control field, especially for tannery industry. Due to these long experience he developed good skills in every sideline concerning tanning process, waste water treatment, waste air treatment and by-products recycling and reuse. In particular waste air treatment devices and turn key plants become our core business, but we have remarked skills in wastewater treatment and by-products reuse. We are a family business that has its own strenght in loyalty and good quality. We want to maintain a lean structure, to adapt to customer needs. Our main asset is "know-how" that we apply consistently in our projects expanding our product range with ever more advanced technologies and to better address the problems to be solved. For the near future we aim to constantly improve the quality of products and services in order to pursue customer satisfaction. Therefore we have a System of Quality Management certified according to ISO 9001:2008 standard.
