In most communities, affordable housing (or the potential to create it) already exists. Our mission is to not only identify cities and neighborhoods in need, where multifamily rental homes are at risk of being lost from the pool of available housing, or there was never enough housing to begin with. By buying and transforming existing properties, or developing new ones, we will supply long-term transformative housing opportunities to the communities that need it most. At We Win Foundation our vision is to handle every aspect of the transformative housing process, from project financing and housing development to community outreach and long-term resident services. Our goal is to provide a custom approach to transformative housing which allows us to help more people and more communities while ensuring that each project is completed to our high standards. Providing a path to transformative housing is just one step in the process of building a stable life after a struggle with housing. Oftentimes, those who will find a home with We Win Foundation have lived under incredibly difficult circumstances that continue to impact their lives even after they finally find a place to call home. To help residents live healthy, secure and dignified lives, we will develop a full spectrum of services that assist in continued growth and empowerment for the residents, their families and their communities including health education, after-school support, financial literacy classes and more.
