101Mediatori is one of the largest Italian mediation organization that has been operating since 2010, authorized by the Ministry of Justice with pdg nr. 294 and with nr. 374 in training centers. It made its debut in June 2011 with three offices in Milan, Bologna and Lecce. In 2014 it had reached over 10 and, in 2021, the number of offices where to file a mediation, rise to 104 distributed in 20 Italian regions. He carries out civil and commercial mediation with excellent results. In fact, when the parties are present and enter into mediation, 101 mediators manage to reach an agreement over 70% of the times. 101 Mediators undergoing in a strict selection and a careful initial training course, very different from what is required by law, and are updated monthly by the best Italian negotiators for over 40 hours a year. 101Mediatori is also passionately dedicated to promoting opportunities for exchange, discussion and sharing within the professional community of lawyers, organizing conferences and training meetings but also convivial occasions such as the "colleague's coffee", in which 101Mediatori is pleased to invite the lawyers of the forum for a simple coffee-break at the bar of the Court, in the spirit of collegiality. On the other hand, there are also solidarity initiatives, such as the recent promotion activity carried out by 101Mediatori in favor of Civil Protection, during the lock-down period, inviting lawyers to make a free donation to take part in the training Webinar for free " Become a negotiator lawyer ”- of great national interest - held by Avv. Fragomeni and which saw the participation of 1,700 lawyers. Our philosophy is very simple, but the efforts of every single member of our team and lawyers are required to make it operational: Reduce cases in courts by 25% and ensure quality mediation for all citizens of Italy.
