Marine Assets Corporation (MAC) was established at the end of 2009 after the sale of a large portion of its previous company, Minnow Marine Projects LTD (MMPL). Essentially it was formed to hold share interest in the CSS concept, a project developed by MMPL founder and CEO which entails the use of Semi Sub technology for offshore support vessel operations.
