Amazed at the connection and bond that yoga sparks we wanted to embody that, combining the creative and analytical and creating classes that are accessible and fun and without the yoga stigma. Yoga is for everybody and every body! It was this approach that led us to create Beer Yoga at Revolution Brewing . We now teach at studios, breweries, corprate offices and event spaces creating community and introducing people to yoga in a relaxed enviornment!
