Bluerise Retreats combine excellent yoga, very good food, luxury chalets and breathtaking surroundings with fun activities to give you a truly inspiring experience. Our yoga instructors have been chosen very carefully and come from all over the world. Working closely with a few different yoga teachers to create our programs means we can provide a wonderful range of retreats, each with different styles of yoga. Our excellent chef is dedicated to creating healthy and nutritional meals that complement the retreat perfectly. The food is absolutely delicious and mostly vegetarian or vegan but you can opt for fish or meat when booking your retreat. We use organic and local produce where possible. We have chosen the Chamonix valley as the most inspiring retreat location because the surrounding scenery is stunning. Gazing at these mountains stills the mind. Out of respect for this incredible environment we strive to be mindful and environmentally friendly in our practices and with each booking we donate to a local environmental charity.
