IMPACT THEMED COMPANY FINANCINGS Placing accountability on investments to have a real impact on the world stage: we focus on fundraising for Growth Companies that truly make a difference with the verticals of impact investing including but not limited to, AgriTech, AI, EnvironTech, Renewables but also MedTech. BioTech and Medical Device Tech. 2. FUNDS We work only with a very select few Funds. We only take on the top performing VCs that add real value to portfolios. For PE we like the platforms and for OTHER Funds, we are always happy to discuss retained mandates that offer a fixed retainer attached to a success fee, this is the only way to align the Funds interests with ours, time is money. 3. REAL ESTATE Focus on off market retail and commercial in Europe. 4. DEALFLOW AND PARTNERS We partner exclusively with one of the world oldest banks, as an external partner to their company financings team. We partner with the very ambitious Ark2030.org platforms including Ark3C and also with G9 who are the founders of the Ark programmes. We partner with a number of the most respected financial advisors and are always happy to engage new conversations with potential partners.
