LBEWT is one of the proud training partners of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) which runs numerous programmes such as PMKVY, PMKK, UDAAN and International Skill development centres. A variety of sectors report not being able to fill available jobs due to applicants having insufficient skills. This growing misalignment between the demand and supply for skills means that young people will continue to be underemployed over the next decade. Our training programme enables students with or without formal education in acquiring life-sustaining skills by providing the confidence, on-going guidance, and support needed to achieve their potential and improving their employability. LBEWT has its own 50+ training centres all around India and is in the process of establishing 500+ training centres in all over India.
