Kolon Performance Strategies provides impactful communications strategies in two areas: wellness coaching and health education. Principal Susan Kolon works with insurance, corporations, benefits consultants and HR teams to design and implement management and communication strategies for wellness programs to increase participation, engagement and satisfaction. As a WELCOA faculty member and certified corporate wellness specialist®, Susan is skilled in relationship building and health promotion/education, having worked for organizations such as Junior Achievement USA, YMCA of the USA and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. She is an excellent writer, facilitator and public speaker.
