C-architecture is a RIBA-chartered practice specialising in the design of bespoke new-build houses, residential apartments, commercial schemes and environmentally-friendly or ‘eco’ architecture. We provide a full architectural service from design to completion. Our in-house professional team has significant experience of delivering both traditional and contemporary architectural design schemes and tailoring each project to the unique requirements of the client. We can adopt a holistic approach to realise the design potential of the site as a whole, which incorporates architecture, landscape design, urban design and interior design in the proposal. Advanced BIM 3D software is then used to display a clear and accurate view of each design proposal, allowing you to 'walk through' the scheme and visualise the layout, design and finishes. We find this provides greater confidence in the scheme from an early point in the project (prior to submitting the planning application) and eliminates costly alterations at a later stage. Eco credentials are also considered from the outset on all projects. Natural systems can be incorporated into projects, such as a green roof and sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDS), which will decrease the risk of flooding and provide the opportunity to recycle water. C-architecture specialises in obtaining planning permission in challenging circumstances, a recent example is a new dwelling on a brownfield site located in the green belt on the Kent/London border.
