Since 1907, the Smith family has been farming 250 acres of land in Stony Point, North Carolina. About 19 years ago, Alan Smith began exploring the world of composting. As the composting method was developed, he needed a name for the product. His great-grandfather, who originally started the family farm, was nick-named “Daddy Pete”. It is in his honor that we proudly present to you our professional, organic products we call, “Daddy Pete’s Plant Pleaser ”.
