We are a technology house based in the Athens Metropolitan Area. We believe in creating software products through a human-centric, partnership-based approach, all across the aisle. From the team and our network all the way to our clients. We advocate for a workplace consisting of people with a personal drive for progress, as well as a workplace that enforces and maintains a strong sense of self-management, ownership and accountability, traits which we practice and cultivate almost on a daily basis. We leverage various tools and practices to maintain a consistent alignment between the members of our team and the company’s leadership and overall strategy, ranging from daily syncs on the spot to quarterly 360 retrospectives. We maintain a hybrid-model (remote and office), relying on a sense of community with equal independence for its members. We coach all of our employees on soft-skills, regardless of their role in the team. We focus our current and future leaders on empathetic leadership. We are far from perfect, but we’re doing good. We offer the opportunity to create truly impactful products as well as directly influence the development of the company and its functional areas.
