Founded in 2020, we are a non-profit center of excellence which aspires to house an accredited executive coach training program, advanced coach training, special interest workshops, thought leadership & resources for organizational leaders as well as internal & external coaches, mastermind groups, mentor coaching, supervision coaching, and more. We are mission-driven and aspire to channel coaching in creative ways for the good of our community and our world, making coach training and coaching more accessible to under-resourced organizations, and increasing coach representation so coaches better mirror the population at large.
