PaperMill Fresh Asian Kitchen
www.papermillfoods.comAt PaperMill Fresh Asian Kitchen, we believe in living a healthy life fuelled with fun, fresh and exciting food! Our food is inspired by the vibrant flavours of South-East Asia, the Korean flavours we know growing up with our mother’s cooking, and a touch of influence from Aussie beach culture. We're known for our "Spurrito," a fresh spring roll burrito hybrid, along with a range of fresh Asian-inspired salads, sandwiches, sides and beverages. In 2016 the idea was brought to life at farmer's markets and festivals in Sydney Australia, including Bondi & Parramatta Farmers Market, as well as Newtown Festival, Glebe St Fair, The PLOT Music Festival & Lost Paradise NYE Music & Arts Festival. In 2017, the business relocated to the USA and began operations as a food truck in Philadelphia, and to date have been involved in large music festivals such as Governers Ball in NYC and Made in America in Philly, a range of private catering such as weddings and corporate events up to 250 persons, and vegan festivals in the Tri-State area. Day-to-day you can find the truck at various breweries, truck events and street locations (visit the calendar tab on our website). In March 2020, PaperMill opened a shopfront at Franklin's Table on the University of Pennsylvania's campus in Philadelphia, alongside local heavyweights in the food scene such as Goldie, Dizengoff, Double Knot sushi, High St Provisions, Pitruco Pizza and Kensington Quarters. Throughout COVID, PaperMill has been involved in a range of community endeavours such as our 'feed the frontline' initiative for frontline health workers in March/April of 2020, and more recently have been helping address food insecurity through partnerships with not-for-profits such as Broad St Ministry and SEAMAAC. www.facebook.com/papermillfoods Instagram: @papermillfoods
