From the beginning, EFA has believed in developing partnerships with our clients to deliver appropriate quality construction according to optimum schedules and within budgets that make sense. Our core business developed in the highly competitive field of remodeling and building supermarkets. Over the years, EFA has developed its capabilities to remodel and renovate retail grocery stores while they remain open for business, and applied those management techniques into other fields such as general retailing, banking, pharmacies, office tenant improvements, food processing plants, warehouses and a wide range of other commercial and industrial projects.
