Joe's Blooms was founded in 2022 to help small property developers comply with the new ‘Biodiversity Net Gain' regulations. Our fully-automated service does this by helping developers to collate information about their site, and then uses this data to fill in the biodiversity metric and produce best-in-class ‘Biodiversity Gain Plans’ (BGPs), new types of legal documentation required under the Environment Act 2021 which developers will have to write and get approved by the Local Planning Authority (LPA) in order to secure planning permission. Our solutions are fully compliant with the law and embed best practice at each stage, helping ensure small developers who lack resources the chance to ‘go green’.
