Momentum Mental Health was established in 1996 under the name of Toowoomba Clubhouse. Over the years, the service has evolved and is now leading the way in contemporary mental health and wellbeing programs. Our coaching style uses a strength-based approach to help you build capacity, confidence and get you back in the driver’s seat of your own wellbeing and recovery. The team at Momentum are passionate about recovery and wellbeing. We believe in the work that we do and the people we support. We make access to the service simple so you can start reaching your goals and improving your wellbeing. Our particular focus on prevention is testament to our determination to show there is a better way. If we can help people and communities to improve their mental wellbeing, before they need medical intervention, we can stem the rising tide of mental ill health in our regional and rural communities.
