Mungai, a Fellow of the Architectural Association of Kenya (FAAK) and alumnus of UCLA (where he obtained his Masters of Architecture) and University of Nairobi where he is also a lecturer, has held noteworthy positions in the various Architectural professional bodies. He is a former chairman of the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), former regional Vice-President of the Commonwealth Association of Architects (Africa Region), Member of the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) as well as former Chairman of the KEPSA Physical Infrastructure Board. Arch. Mungai also received very valuable training from Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM), the number 1 firm in the world as well as renowned Architect Robert Meyer and Steve Vreeland (FAIA) Arch. Kariuki Muraya, a Member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (MAAK), registered member of the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) and alumnus of the University of Nairobi, has brought a wealth of management skills and experience to the firm, having supervised projects both locally and outside the country as far as Seychelles. He has successfully managed numerous projects to completion and continues to spearhead the firm’s success.
