ATSC was established in 2007 by Julian Lomas, our Director and Principal Consultant, following his successful, senior career in central and local government. Since then we have supported over 120 clients in the not-for-profit sector. Julian has been a charity Trustee for even longer. Through our extensive networks we often help clients find high quality specialist support in fields such as human resources, legal advice, accountancy/finance, social impact measurement, marketing, branding and design. In 2012-14, Julian was a senior international expert on EU funded projects in Kosovo and Macedonia to build capacity in local and national institutions in areas such as strategic planning, performance management and project management.
