WHAT WE DO FOR INDIVIDUALS: In-person fitness training (for individuals or groups), nutrition coaching (for individuals or groups) WHAT WE DO FOR CORPORATES: Talks, group workouts WHO WE WORK WITH: We typically work with professionals who hold senior positions in corporates. Their strong sense of commitment at work has caused them to lose their best shape. They know that to lose weight they have to move more and eat better. However they have only found personal trainers who told them they are not progressing because they don’t eat well and nutrition coaches who told them to move more. This has made them almost give up on their dream of getting back in shape. Thanks to an integrated approach of fitness and nutrition coaching, we help these busy professionals regain their best shape.
