Arkki, School of Architecture for Children and Youth is a unique institution in Finland specializing in providing architectural and environmental education to children as an after-school activity. Arkki provides creative education to 4-19-year-old using architecture and design projects as holistic real-world phenomena providing fun, rewarding, and engaging learning experiences. Arkki offers a variety of architectural & design courses to young people that range from the long-term step-by-step basic education in the arts to theme courses and workshops. Arkki programs are developed in Arkki Finland since 1993. Arkki Curriculum was approved by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2008.
