Ware Design Build is the residential division of our parent company, Venture Construction Group (www.vcginc.com). Ware is different. We are a true custom home builder. This market has plenty of contractors who call themselves custom builders, but only use a handful of models and floor plans. Our design process creates unique and efficient designs tailored to our clients' vision and budget. We take a collaborative approach to design, starting with the homeowner’s vision to create homes that are truly unique. We feel Ware is filling a need in the residential market. We are providing a high level of design, with a build process similar to a commercial construction project. This is our vision, a full-service design and build company, in both commercial and residential construction, with the same level of service our clients have come to expect.
