Baby TALK is a collaborative community model which serves every family in the Decatur, IL area. Our mission is to positively impact child development by nurturing healthy and responsive relationships during the critical early years. Baby TALK provides a universal approach to families with children prenatally through age 3 with an emphasis on identifying and serving those families most at-risk.
