Born of the COVID-19 pandemic, Alive ‘n Well seeks to promote a positive “virus” in the world. While many people find it difficult--if not impossible--to keep focused on the good and beautiful, our mission is to embrace and remind others of truths such as these: Living a less frantic life Letting things unfold in their time Embracing this moment now and giving it our full attention Having relentless pragmatism and unbridled persistence Possessing indefatigable ingenuity Getting unstuck and unleashed Turning negative situations into positive opportunities These are certainly our greatest gifts to ourselves and to one another!
