Motovario Gear Solution Limited (MGSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Motovario S.p.A., Italy, which was formed in 2011 at Kolkata. It is spread over 20000 sq.ft of warehouse and assembly centre at Industrial area near Taratolla and the Head Office is located at Joka. MGSPL also has their representatives and branch offices all over India as in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mysore, Coimbatore, New Delhi, Noida, Gaziabad, Chandigarh, Sonipat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur Motovario Gear Solutions Private Limited became a MAC in September 2012, to serve the domestic make further effectively with timely deliveries of the H, B and S series added with the optimum stock level of the VSF available in the warehouse. MGSPL assembles and markets all Motovario products in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka through their own sales network and dealer network. During the last 9 years after its establishment in India, MGSPL has tried to focus on the segments where they are very well-known globally like packaging, automation, ceramics, textiles, food industries, material handling etc., and has been able to have a strong presence in such segments where all the units are running successfully.
