The Alzheimer's Alliance of Smith County is dedicated to supporting Smith County residents affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. The Alzheimer's Alliance of Smith County offers free personal consultations with our staff social worker for individuals, families, and professionals; free memory screenings; physician and caregiving referrals; caregiver support groups; seminars, workshops, and continuing education credit for families and medical professionals; physician, home health, and respite care referrals; and other resources to support individuals, families, and professionals managing Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
