Voices for Children Montgomery, in Montgomery County, Maryland, is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to advocate for the timely placement of abused and neglected children in safe, permanent homes and for the highest quality of their care while they are under the Court’s jurisdiction. This mission is accomplished through the recruitment, training and ongoing support and supervision of community volunteers who are appointed by the Juvenile Court judges to serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) for children in foster care.
