Lost Voyager was ‘created’ out of boredom in 2020, where my entire country was in lock-down and I had to spend a good 2 months at my house. Lost Voyager started out with a Facebook and Instagram page, and now we have expanded to Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube. In the space of 3 months, Lost Voyager has gathered more than 11,000 loyal followers on Facebook, generating more than 1,000,000 organic impressions and reached more than 2,000,000 unique users. Our most popular contents are Dark Tourism and Hotel related. In late August, mylostvoyager.com was created. By profession, I am a Talent Fulfillment Analyst, and by hobby, I (think) am a blogger and story-teller, strived to deliver authentic and engaging content. I am also a PADI Certified Advanced Open Water Diver, Coral Reef Conservationist, and Shark Conservationist. I have traveled to a total of 13 Countries (Australia, Brunei, Laos, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, Macau, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China), and within Malaysia. I am a Dark Tourism enthusiast, and a firm believer that Dark Tourism will be the main attraction for tourists around the world, hence part of my blog is dedicated to Dark Tourism. I enjoy sharing my own travel experience, as well as sharing lesser-known and popular places. Food has been a big part of my life, no thanks to my ever-growing fat belly. While I do not have the strongest palate in the world, nor I have extensive and descriptive vocabulary like Gordon Ramsey, I think I made up for it by sharing honest and real opinions. I am a big fan of luxury, specifically in hotels. I am passionate about exploring unique hotels (hotels with its own theme or is distinctively different from its competitor) as well as luxurious hotels (specifically hotels with club lounges). ‘Hotels are merely a place where you spend a night sleeping’ is a thing of the past, as people are starting to embrace and appreciate unique and luxurious hotels.
