www.klbri.orgKLBRI is a grassroots organization and fiscal project of Los Angeles Indigenous People’s Alliance (LAIPA). KLBRI was founded by Dr. Patty Ramirez in response to the political context of unaccompanied minors, family separation, migrant caravans, racial trauma, police brutality, and mass incarceration.
