The Hamburg Representation Mumbai is the official representation of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in India. It was set up in January 2011 in order to strengthen the economic, cultural and academic relations between both regions. The representation office is supported by the Senate Chancellery, the Port of Hamburg Marketing e.V., Hamburg Invest, Hamburg Messe und Congress and the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.
