We ensure that all children on the Virginia Peninsula will have equitable access to positive early childhood experiences that nurture, grow, and inspire through programs such as Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and Bags of Hope. We believe that children can achieve by inspiring them to Dream More, Learn More, Care More, and Be More by focusing on programs in youth literacy and early childhood experiences.
