The Handpulled Noodle is a fun noodle bar specializing in the cuisine of Northwest China, an area that is historically the gateway to the Silk Road. This meeting of worlds can be seen directly in the flavor profile of the dishes, which is a delicious union of Arabic and Chinese cuisine. Fans of both Chinese & Middle Eastern food will find the menu at The Handpulled Noodle intriguingly familiar, yet distinct. Our noodles will also be unique in preparation style. Instead of pre-packaged machine-made noodles which are a staple in the restaurant scene, ours are pulled by hand to order and have a superior texture and freshness. All the dishes are made using family recipes that span generations and it is my hope that The Handpulled Noodle will be a welcome piece in the mosaic of diversity that is Harlem.
