Founded in 1941, the Western States Trucking Association (WSTA), formerly the California Construction Trucking Association (CCTA) is the oldest, independent nonprofit trucking association in the U.S. with over 1,000 members and another 5,000 affiliate motor carriers. We advocate on behalf of our owner-operator, fleet, and broker members for sensible legislation and regulations that affect their businesses.
