Affordable Care Act (ACA) Services: Administration, Monitoring, Compliance to IRC 4980H, 6055 & 6056, and 1094/1095 IRS Reporting. Our experience, combined with our per-payroll 401(k) Plan service model, makes us uniquely qualified to perform ACA administration. We have been monitoring the complex (and changing) ACA regulations, and have a firm understanding of what is needed in order for Applicable Large Employers to comply with the new law.
