Established in 2012, Dreamcôte Wine Co. is a 600 case creative collaboration project between friends. Every year we work with new grape varietals (IE: Pinot Noir) and wine styles (IE: Carbonic fermentation) because we appreciate variety. The styles we strive for are often fruit-forward, food friendly, fun and enjoyable. After all, it's just wine we're talking about - a beverage. Wine snobbery has always been a personal frustration of mine. Wine is complex - a life-long journey of learning. Dreamcôte strives to simplify the perplexities that plague the industry.
