Marjorie is a leadership coach with over twenty years of experience as an executive and non executive in the financial services sector. She trained as an actuary and is the immediate President of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), headquartered in the UK. She was elected by the IFoA Council to become the first IFoA president to be based outside the UK. She is also the youngest president in the organisation’s 160 year history, the third female and the first person of colour. Marjorie has spoken globally at a number of industry conferences. Additionally, she has chaired numerous events and has been a motivational speaker.
