Back in 2000, Tonya Jenkins (TJ) had a vision to start a company founded on teamwork. Tired of working in a cut-throat environment that was "every man for himself", she had the novel idea that people could work together. Yes, as a team. She sat down and made a list of the "ideal loan process" with the consumer in mind. She wanted to provide exceptional service for her clients and and create long-lasting relationships with them. She wanted to create a culture that provided an experience, not just a loan. TJ started off with one other employee in the basement of an office building in suite MM, (hence our famous M&M's) and together they started down the path that lead us where we are today.
