Founded in 2017 by Creative Director and Strategist Lauren Kosteski (VCU Brandcenter, GroupM), the studio's focus is on brand reinvention, brand creation and creative communication using consumer psychology paired with business strategy. We hire a network of freelance talent and sign onto work with risk-taking clients. Our teams are fearless when it comes to participating in cathartic brand therapy sessions and heading out to post-workshop karaoke bars on a Monday night.
