Shape the Dream aims to show the value of sports by providing community, mentorship, and training. At Shape, we promote leadership, teamwork, and a global mindset. We provide an original program that extracts and systematizes the elements necessary for the career development of student-athletes. We also connect current student-athletes with retired athlete mentors and run workshops to help navigate transitioning from athlete to a post-competitive career.
