Sound Integrative Health is a naturopathic medical practice located in Kirkland, Washington central to many eastside communities. We offer primary care, specialty care, and physical medicine under the framework and perspective of naturopathic medicine. Naturopathic Medicine guides people in the toward the restoration of health through a holistic perspective. We strive to address the cause rather then the symptoms. And, we aim to help restore health through facilitating the body’s innate healing process. At Sound Integrative Health, we incorporate aspects of nutrition, lifestyle changes, exercise, botanical medicine, and hands-on manual therapies. However, we are trained to determine when conventional therapies are appropriate and necessary. When the situation arises we are networked with conventional health care providers and will refer accordingly. We offer services including primary care, physical exams, nutrient supplementation, botanical medicine, therapeutic exercise, physical medicine, muscle release therapy, preventative medicine, food allergy testing, neurotransmitter testing, and digestive analysis. Finally, with most of my patients an emphasis is placed on emotional well-being.
