Since 1969, Voices for a Second Chance (formerly known as Visitor’s Service Center), has provided critical wrap-around services designed to reduce the recidivism rate by providing critical transitional skills supports to help incarcerated and newly released men and women stay connected to their families and become productive citizens in the District of Columbia and in communities nation-wide.
