Ikigai (pronounced as [ikiɡai] - e-kii-gaai) is a Japanese concept meaning "a reason for being", and is very similar to the French phrase 'Raison d'être'. Everyone, according to the Japanese, has an ikigai. Finding it requires a deep and often lengthy search of self. We are a training and development organization offering skill based solutions. Founded and led by a team of professionals from IIM, our skill development initiative works in collaboration with Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BRICS-CCI).
