Subul Sports was a Saudi sports company under Khashoggi Holding. In 2010 a pool of experts created a proposal to develop a National Physical Education Strategy for the Ministry of Education. The program included grassroots festivals and competitions in the participating cities and capacity development in cooperation with FIFA.
