Energy Sound Therapy uses targeted frequencies to break up and remove negative emotions that are stored in your body. I use muscle compliance techniques to ask your subconscious mind what emotions are trapped, where they are stored, and what frequency and duration is needed to remove the emotion. You may have something you want to target specifically, or we can let your subconscious let us know what is the most important emotions to remove at the session. The session can last up to 2 hours, depending how embedded or strong the emotion(s) are.
