At Metamorphosis Coaching, Dr. Doni Landefeld helps individuals leverage their strengths and target development areas to enhance peak performance. Area sshe enthusiastically targets include leadership development, emerging leaders, effective communication, and team-building. As an experienced peak performer, she has excelled in the classroom, in conference room, and on stage as a performing musician. Doni has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration, B.S. in Music Education, and is completing coursework for a coaching certification.
