Huntley & Co. is a full-service design firm in Washington, DC. We take all elements of a space into consideration during the process (walls, floors, furniture and lighting) and develop a design accordingly. From there we procure, oversee and implement. That’s full-service. Because we seek to create environments that reverberate with spirit and personality, we use a lot of vintage and antiques, repurpose furnishings that have special meaning for our clients and integrate art and accessories. We love to discover new fabrics, design custom furniture and, in general, try things outside the box. Also, we run a tight ship. Our designs are thought through from millwork to artwork which means we understand the big picture and are also meticulous about details. We create thorough presentations, build our drawings in Autocad and are fastidious about schedules and budgets. A successful result isn’t just about an inspired design.
