YES Group is your Peer-2-Peer Personal Leadership organisation started by Karl Pearsall in 1993. This volunteer, non-profit organisation has a vision of 'a world where everybody has access to a peer group that inspires them to grow and contribute'. To that end it will be creating an online platform to serve those leaders and achievers as an umbrella organisation. Currently with 10+ groups we are at a tipping point and we are building a model for a roll out across Europe and other continents.
